The company was founded in 1989 and has been a trusted manufacturer of complex systems and components for the aftermarket and factory conveyors for more than 35 years.
From a single manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders, the company has transformed into a multi-manufacturer of automotive components, offering a wide range of products. Fenox is actively investing in research and development, following the latest trends and offering cutting-edge solutions to improve vehicle efficiency.

Quality
Systems
The first achievement was the 1996 ISO 9001 certification. This standard allowed the company to reach the European and American markets. Standard has set strict requirements for the entire production process and technology park of the enterprise.
Therefore, the overall result of the ISO 9001 certification was a complete technical upgrade of the company, bringing production capacity to an international level, as well as a significant improvement in the approach to the automotive component manufacturing process.

R&D centre

The FENOX design office and research and development centre are located in Germany and Belarus. The total number of designers is more than 250.

Lectures and laboratory exercises
The company has established a branch of the department for operation of the machine and tractor park BSATU. FENOX employees regularly give lectures and practical sessions, conduct laboratory-practical sessions and test stands on the example of components of own production.

Production-tour
FENOX systematically organizes tours for the media, service stations, customers and dealers. Demonstrates production shops, foundry areas and presents the quality control system of manufactured parts carried out with 3D-technologies and test stands.

Seminars and discussions
The company regularly visits its partners and customers in various cities of Belarus and Russia. These meetings present the current range of products, discuss various technical solutions and wishes and demonstrate unique ideas and developments.
