1. General provisions.

1.1. FENOX guarantees high quality products. To ensure safety and maximum efficiency, FENOX recommends that all preventive and repair work be carried out by trained professionals according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. In case of incorrect or unqualified installation of the product, FENOX is not liable for warranty obligations.

1.2. FENOX sets the warranty period for its products to 24 months, unless otherwise provided by the warranty terms in respect of individual products of the company. The warranty period is indicated on the guarantee voucher supplied with the product or on the packaging.

The guarantee is provided subject to compliance with the requirements of storage, installation and use as stipulated by regulatory documents, technical characteristics and this regulation.

1.3. The warranty period is calculated from the day of sale to the consumer.

2. The warranty is not provided in case of:

2.1. Non-compliance with the rules of installation, maintenance, operation of the product, set by manual for operation and maintenance of the vehicle.

2.2. Use of non-conforming working fluids and lubricants.

2.3. Incorrect selection and storage of the product.

2.4. Mechanical damage (cracks, dents, etc.), including damage to the article as a result of an accident.

2.5. Presence of signs of modification, repair of the product.

2.6. If the cause of the failure of the product was caused by a malfunction of another part or assembly.

2.7. Installation of the product on a vehicle that was subjected to operational overloads, used in competitions.

2.8. Natural wear (brake pads, brake discs, brake drums, brake pads, brake discs and clutch baskets, drive belts, wiper blades, incandescent lamps, spark plugs, bearings, filters etc.).

2.9. No guarantee card filled in.

3. If you find any defects during the warranty period, please return the product to the seller with a receipt or other proof of sale.
